Default Wrinkle finish inlet manifolds.....

Hello,

Has anyone got a picture of some nicely repainted inlet manifolds? Specifically I'm after anything done with wrinkle paint....

Search button is your friend Ollie

Heres a spec c manifold i smoothed and removed all unwanted bosses and casting marks on.

Started out like this,

Finished up like this

Be aware though that this shade of red is no longer available as VHT changed their formula back in 08 and the red is now a brighter more orange shade.

Thanks Frayz, tried searching but I can't ever seem to get decent results back?!

That looks good, although I've decided to try and keep some of the OEM look so think I might just give it a clean and leave it as is

I've head that the zircotec stuff can start to peel off. I did put a post up about wrapping the IM, might give that a go.
