Default Help need wider wheels

ok, now that I've been ABW'd I need some wide wheels to fill the extra 40mm that I have on each side. Now with the wheels I have at the moment I'm runnning a 20mm spacer kit. However this doesn't fill the arch at all.

Can someone help me out with the ET I need to achieve as small a gap as possible from tyre to arch.

thanks

Speak to M444GY, he getting the same wide arch extentions from ABW on his car.

He also the owner of Rusilip tyre and supplys and fits Rotas etc on scoobs with funky offsets and sizes and has fair amount of experience on what you need.

Need to know the spec of you current wheels to say for sure, but guessing at 7.5j and et42 (still using the spacer):

You'd need et2 to sit them 40mm further out.
Or et20 ish if you went for 8.5j wide.
Or like M444GY says, 9.5j with around et27

(I think, I've not worked this stuff out for a while so I could be wrong ;])

Make sure you try before you buy if you can. And if you're getting a custom offset made up, do away with the spacers if you can.

18 x 10 ET30 Rota SVN (tho the real deal Volk RE30's would be far better, even if worth more than the car!!)

dunno if they will fit (should do)

None, I repeat none, of the 'off the shelf' wheels will fit your arches properly.

You will either have to run apacers, or get some specifically made up from the likes of Team Dynamics, Compomotive, Work Wheels etc etc...

Off the top of my head, 9.5x18 et20 should be somewhere near...

Thanks mate I know it's gonna be hard to find the wheels I want for the car. I would love to keep my wheels but they are far to skinny.

As it says in the Banzai mag you need 18x10 with an et30 and 265/35/18 rubber this fills the arch very nice and i would think empty's you pocket as well
