Hi guys, not really been active on here much but thought id post up some pics of my car, back in feb i was caught out in snow which resulted in a colission with a wall Anyway i decided to do a full project and turn it from green, to ford frozen white with a few extras along the way. Also found out it was ex police wich was quite a discovery. Anyway the crash left me needing new front end, outer o/s sill at the rear, 2 o/s doors, and a few other bits.


Here it was 1st time i painted half of it before i moved units..



then it was like this-



and was destoryed by 2 months of overspray/scratches etc so was re-done.

Now its this..









After polishing but will all be done when detailed at the end.

So the sill was crushed..



was removed form middle and inner sill..



HT Autos was just round the corner and saw the red estate they was scrapping/breaking so asked if i could cut the sill off and they let me. So i removed the sill and trimmed it down to fit.



offerd it up..



just needs bottom trimming and the seams cleaning up of excess and it should be a snug fit ready to be welded in.

Dash out to repair dodgy wiring and remove police wiring. Cant belive ome fool tried to power the radio direct from the battery with no fuse. So cut the iso wires back to put a new connector in place.

wonkey front end which is now cut out, need to surce a new crossmember and top bar.

Thats about it for now, slowly geting there, need to send heads off for clean and skim, order new gasket set and get engine in, oh and a new crutch as its worth doing. Then get my nice painted inlet on and get it running again. Also need a td04 front entry in good condition if anyone has a spare
