Default would this suit a facelift

been looking at making the front on my facelift a little lower not really keen on the splitter way as the camber on the kerb to my drive is a little bit high

was wondering what you guys think about putting the black rubber around the bottom of a standard bumper

below is a pic of sort of thing a mean but on a classic facelift

looks ok but i think to make it stand out as looking lower it would need to be blue if you know what i mean hence why splitters look better in my opinion

I'm not sure, that rubber strip suits certain WRC style bumpers, but on more standard looking cars I think it will look out of place
