Default 'HTAutos' ,What would you like us to Manufacture??

Hi,

After much investment in machinery, i was wondering what products you want us to manufacture?

We have several different ways of production, so most styling parts can be accomodated!

Methods we now have;

Hand lay Fibreglass ( Large parts)
Injection moulded PU Plastic ( Splitters etc)
Vacuum Forming ( Fog cover, diffusers etc.)
and now,
Urethane self skining Foam ( Spoilers etc.)

Please list parts, and the ones we think will sell, we will put into production!!!

Thankyou for you time.

Cheers,
Mark @ HTAutos

We currently use the services of the man who made that spoiler, so could be an option?

Can you do 'A' pillar interior trims for newages with built in gauge pods suitable for 60mm gauges?

I have tried one from another manufacturer but the finish was not too good and cracked.

Some kind of step up adaptor ring, so I can fit 3 X 52mm gauges in a 60mm pod!

No one in the world seems to make it & its only a ring of plastic!!

I may have three from when I fitted an ATI pod, I'm sure it came with 52mm rings.

I'll have a check for you.

I have 3 x 52mm rubber rings so that you can fit 52mm gauges in a 60mm pod if you want them FOC.

Reverse bonnet scoops/vents for early classic, I know you do one but it looks a bit pants to be honest something nice and plain/small.

Here's a bit of a strange one:

On ebay & everywhere you get non original oval grill badges. These can be made up in any design & look good but don not stick into grill properly. They are flat vinyl approx 2mm & not like OEM hard plastic domed that click into the grill & has a outer plastic rim for clicking in. If you could make a plain black plastic domed blank grill badge that clicks into place but has a smooth recess of approx 2 to 3mm in which you stick your vinyl personalised design that would solve the problem non OEM grill badges looking naff !
