Although some of their colleagues (in a Nissan) who pulled me over
the other day, didn't even know what car I was driving.....
Did comment on the boxer-burble though
4-up, packed with week-end luggague, skis on the roof etc trying
to catch a ferry. GBP 250,- ticket
Still caught the ferry though

Not very fast IMHO. 110km/h. Speed limit 80.
A bit faster and the licence goes...
Don't know of any country where the fines are higher,
or the speed limits lower for that matter. Depressing,
considered how many exciting roads there are here....
Only my third ticket in nearly 10 years of driving, though.
And I must admit I might have broken the speed limit at least
4 times during those 10 years......

SSE - 110km speed limit! Poor bugger. Have yourself a trip down this way mate, but be VERY wary of our outside lanes. Travelling to work this morning, 170 in the middle lane, sees a set of lights in the rearview and wwwwhhhhhhooooossssshhhhhh - I think it was a silver Porche. Certainly sounded like it.
We have just bmw cop cars here though... And some very sneaky undercovers too. Sorry lads, no pics of them yet. Not too exciting though.
