Default Nur Spec Fitted!

Got up at 8 this morning because im a geek and was excited to fit it and it sounds immense and my neighbours hate me even more but to them anyway here's some pics

every morning when i start mine....it sends shivvers down my spine and my heart skips a beat........nutting like a sexy scooby rumble to wake every one up in the morning!! lol

i miss my nur spec too.... just wish that was one of the things that came on my type r, never mind... i will have one soon........

I know what you mean i was always trying to find a cheaper alternative, but im glad i brought one and so so so easy to fit

Good choice mate.
Nurspec R is the perfect balance between the pea shooter and some of them exreame exhausts you can get.....nice loud burble.
Mine follows me on what ever new scoob i buy.....

Having a turbo back H&S system on now, would fitting a Nur Spec back box sound any different I wonder?, louder the better if pos?
Nothing wrong with mine, but these Blitz's look fantastic.

Nothing wrong with mine, but these Blitz's look fantastic.

Cant comment on the difference in sound between the two,but if you do go for a nurspec,the nuspec R is best and a bit louder (120+ db the last time we tested it)
The 'R' is only available as a back box and centre section.

Cheers everyone, regarding your H&S system I wouldn't just put a blitz back box on it only have a full system as the middle box is a resisator which gives it all the tone and aids the overall sound quite alot

Oh right got ya, reading up on the type-R and type-S, look the same. R is the centre pipe as well and the S is back box only.

what did you fit?

what did you fit?
Full system buddy spec r I paid £490 but the newage is cheaper as they're slightly shorter iirc £460ish from scoobyworld there the cheapest I could find

That looks and sounds wicked mate, loving the rims (picking some up on sat can't wait) what suspension are you running as it looks a nice hieght ?

Stock sti suspension i think, its running on 215/45/17 atm but im changing to 215/40/17 and lowering it abit more on tein springs and some bc racing coilovers not to sure yet

Looks alot lower than mine (sti v3) I'm thinking of lowering it abit when I put my rims on so just wondered. I don't know if type ra are a bit lower as standard or not tho ?
