Default new rims, grid drifts

just thought id post a pic of my new rims had them sat at home for ages decided to put them on only pic iv got at the mo, think they look super aggerssive

yeah its on coilovers and iv already rolled the arches have camber bolts etc too its just a case of waiting for the weather, could be a while there 18x9.5 et 38

i used to have a classic type r with some rota gtrs on 18x8s that was nice ill see if i can find a pic

really in to my wheels it does slightly take he edge of the acceleration but handling and comfort seems to be pretty similar as far as i can tell

they do look good mate
i found the ride and handling a bit poor
but i am running 38psi and on coilovers
would not be without them though

no i wouldnt be without them either iv bin wanting the grid drifts on a newage ever since they bought out the grids just look so aggressive, suit the car very well

What tyre size you running matey ?,do they rub at all ?,when you say rolled the arch's you mean the fron ? the rears are allready folded on the sti 9's and 10's ?

no rolling, only rub on those dodgy motorway junctions
at high speed, 71mph ish

Later blobs are 5 x 114 pcd.I'm pretty sure this blob is the later ones as it has the rear wheel arch.

Anyways, rims looking really aggressive mate. I like them.
Were they a pain to fit?

thanks for the kind comments pcd is 5 x 114 i think drift works have 1 set of gold wheels in 5x100 they mite already be sold though, im running 225 40 18s rolled the front arches and gave a slight pull on the back going to get suspension set up a bit better over the weekend ill post up some more pics soon

dont get much change from 1k with out tyres pretty reasnobale for set of alloys,

Welcome to the aggressive fold. Looking good.

Still needs to go lower to fit in with the aggressive theme but i like it.

Be warned if you go to low on the 40's it'll rub like hell so a 35 might be worth a try next time
