We asked those clever people at Tecnomagnesio to make us a wheel that fitted over the STi7 brakes.

Not only have these got 22B styling cues, are in ET48 (the perfect offest for the 01/02 chassis), TUV approved, you name it... but also, and most importantly, they fit over the STi7 brakes

They come in a Gold and Mercury (a stunning chrome type finish).

Not slagging them off, just not my cup 'o' tea

Pete,
How much clearance is there between spokes and STi 7 calipers?

How much for a set of 4?

As you might guess I'm curious as to whether a certain german brake setup might fit under these wheels, if of course the wheels would fit on a MY94 WRX Wagon (obviously need different tyres)

They would probably cover a Movit kit, by are 18x8 so will only go on a new shape car.

Scaramanga

Nothing weedy about F1's On account of the fact that Knowlsey threatened to kill my tortoise if I didn't sell him these (its a long story), I'm back on my F1's.

Do they protrude outwards much? Looks like they might be a bit suscpetible (sp) to kerbing?
Still like 'em though!

I think it depends how you look at them - sometimes they look Venom-esque (ie looks like one spoke splitting into two), but then the next time I looked at them it looked more like two parallel spokes (bit more like the OZ F1 Cups (I think its those), except more squished together). Depend which bit you sort of focus on.

Overall, I think theyre a little bit different and like 'em .

Much more like a BBS CH or LM than some old TSW

We get into Lloret on Tuesday morning. In fact I should be at the cafe, just as you stroll down for breakfast .

Sunday evening, I'll be having a quiet pint in my local as the wind and rain lash against its quaint leaded light windows.

You'll be half way across the Bay of Biscay

I'll be thinking of you

Pete,

What tyres (size) are you running on the 8x18's ,,...the regular 225/40 or are you using a 235 tyre ?

Yikes, they look a bit LARGE

Now for the important questions.

What do they weigh, are they lighter or heavier than the standard wheel/tyre combo?

Not my cup of tea, i can see them being popular though.

About the same weight as OZ Prodrive 10 spokes & running Toyo's 225/40/18. Plenty of room for calipers at front (I've got the prodrive 330mm discs & calipers) They don't protrude that much from the rubber.

Though in the flesh they look alot bigger than 18's & feel the arches very nicely indeed. I'll be at scoobysport tomorrow morning if anyone wants to come down & have a look!

Not really my style... look a tad overdone... and I'm not really interested in wheels that pertrude past the rubber, just asking to be scratched to hell if you even get close to a gutter :P
