Default Aggressive Wheels now fitted

Ok so not as low as inthoughtwelive. Yet. Camber and alingment needs doing. Arches need rolling and a bit more of a drop. But for now here's how it sits without the center caps in

Before more drop today

A Big thanks to M44GY @ Ruislip Tyre Services for fitting the rubber.

Only cos they're not on a Honda

I don't expect everyone to take to them and they are different.

I need to get round to removing some of the stickers on the front end as it's looking to busy

Wheels look great mate, really like the wide look. Have you got spacers in there or is it all on the offset

At a guess 9.5 et 35. Did you change the hubs to 114.3 or find a set for the 5 x 100 pcd ?

Thumbs up Hmmmm

Very very nice & just what I want for my hawkeye.
Those wheels give the car a mean look.

I have seen the same wheels on a US site & they look the nuts on the hawkeye.

I do like the wheels - one Q. Are the tyres safe like that? The wheels look too wide for 225 from a function POV

They are safe as long as you don't go to hard. But you wouldn't want to sat on those wheels

Ask M444GYS (maggs), he did them. He bought a new machine which stretch's the rubber to fit the tyre.

I am going to go out on a lim here and say the alloys don't suite the car at the moment. Get some proper fitting rubber on them ASAP! If you can't fit the correct tyre for those alloys, then don't buy the the alloys.

Those look awesome Bockett!

What are you lowered on, if coilovers who's have you gone for?

I've been looking into the aggressive set-up for months now, it can be a bit of mine field to say the least. I've got some similar wheels on the way very soon myself (I'm not saying what though, as I'm a little superstitious and they've been a pig to get hold of to say the least!!!). Mine however will only be 9" wide, but the same ET38 offset. I was surprised you've gone for a 225 tyre on a 9.5" rim - it does look great though! I was just too worried about the rim - protection from stone chips and so on, so I've gone for 235/40.

Now bearing in mind my chosen tyre size - together with the fact that i'm not lowered yet and I've booked mine in to get the rear arches rolled same day I collect the wheels lol! That way I should be all set come lowering time, plus I recon there's a chance I'll still rub un-lowered stance hence having them done anyway.

Have you/are you going to use camber bolts or top mounts to set your camber Bockett?

nice rims but how does it drive on the stretched rubber...am familiar with tihs stylee on VeeDubs but not really on performance type cars. Interested to here your feedback on the difference between those and your previous rims
