updated the old girl
well another non turbo
. its been an ongoing saga but iv went and got some new gear to pop onto the old lady.. so heres a few pics.. pipe changed. wheels.spoiler.filter.bonnet and a few other odds and sods.
there you go... it aint a turbo but its like a child to me..lol

just a few details of the wee motor.
its a 99 4wd sport.
mods so far
. too many.
turbo bonnet
v5 rear spoiler
30mm drop turbo springs all round.
turbo 17" wheels
bugeye interior
centre dash pod with oil.water and vacum gauges
omp steering wheel with clip of kit
front strut brace
borla unequal length headers
h@s centre section
ninja back box
smiths induction kit
flowed inlet manifold
flowed heads in/out
comp ratio raised
lightened flywheel
reworked ecu
and a few other odds and sods to improve breathing..
as i said its no turbo but its my work in progress
. and well worth the look on golf gti owners faces when they try to wipe the floor with a sport to find that it dosent go to plan for them
..
last checked the bhp on the sports was 125 for the phase2 engines and my old girl is now getting up over the 175....
