Mine so called lowered on Eibach's.

Can and will go lower. Not really had much problems with bumps but then I am pretty careful. Mind you I've already repaired mine once already because I caught it on a kerb

from back in the day!! my car is probably 20mm lower than standard, never had a problem with speed bumps, but some multi-stories needed a bit of care when going up a ramp!! was fibre-glassed in so anytime i caught a curb it cracked, looked good though......
