Been busy with the spray paint.
Time to spruse up under the bonnet. Intercooler pipes were in the firing line today.

Good idea, and if I don't like it I can allways spray it black again.

Nice colour....looks good
I'd paint the battery clamp in gloss black if your not replacing it with an alloy one and possibly re-paint the metal top plate of the radiator (damned rust's a killer
).

Citroen poseidon blue and clear laquer. I like metalic blue!
May give the lids a good scrub to see what they come up like before I trying drowning them in paint.

just be careful touching the bits when hot as i found out, the paint goes a bit soft after a few hrs driving with under bonnet temps and can easily be smudged/damaged
looks good tho

Yeah I know, I'm going to have to spray that bit where it is. Don't really fancy puling that pipe out.
I need to touch up the main pipe that goes to the throttle body. I shut the bonnet and the rubber bit under the scoop left a deep score about 30mm long as the lacquer wasn't quite hard enough. Tried flatting and polishing but it's too deep.
Never mind, keeps me busy!
