Sti type Ra v-ltd knockhill pics and vid.
Here are some pics of my 96 sti ra. Its the ex whiteline uk demo car. This is what it looked like when i got it.
Since I've owned the car the stickers have come off, the spolier put back on and the front end faclifted.
Some de-stickered but pre facelift pics
Mechanically the car was spot on when i got it so have done nothing but maintain it since my ownership. As you can imagine it has the full whiteline set-up with verus race coilovers and is running quite a bit of camber at the front. It has a few performance enhancements with the front mount, full de-cat exhaust and equal length headers, water injection and modified ecu. I'm more than happy with the performance and delighted with the way it goes around corners.
So far i've done three trackdays at Knockhill this year. 2 hot Marques and a private tracknight. The first being an interesting one when a crank seal oil leak started a small fire when the oil soaked into the heat wrap on the headers.
As snapped here:

Recently I did a driving tuition experience at knockhill in the hope of improving my lines and braking round the circuit. My wife was there taking pictures and video. Heres a what she took.
And here is the youtube link to a some flybys up the main straight.

Looking and sounding good mate. I have the same car, it's more a road with the odd track day car. I usually do a couple of track days at Knockhill in it each year (I also have a track only 205 GTi-6, so it gets used more on the track).

Yours looks a clean example. I used to have a black 205 mi16 that i used for trackdays. I took it off the road to fit a new stage 3 mi16 with throttle bodies etc but never finished it unfortunately. Sold it back in March.
