Default GC6: Crystal White Pearl [Widebody] Pics/Video

The transformation spawned off a simple throwout bearing replacement. I put my own blood, sweat, and tears into the car on my free time from about summer of '06 till winter of '07 when I had a change of jobs. During that time, I ripped the motor out, installed the suspension, brakes, widebody and painted it. I finally got it fired up a few weeks ago (video below)!

That front shot up there certainly makes it seem as though that is the case. Since then, I have dialed in a little more negative camber on the front that makes the top of the tire flush with the fender. It does 'look' a little better. The back shot was after the adjustment so you can sort of see what I mean.

I want to have as much contact with the road as possible while still being able to turn the wheel. It's pretty cool when you can max out your WRC fenders.

Thanks for the kind words, fellas.

I haven't been keeping track but just running through the mod list up there, it's somewhere between 18-20k USD on top of the car itself.

Not smooth at all. Door panel and quarter were warped and required a ton of glass work that I wasn't qualified for. It's far from perfect and not hard to spot but I learned a lot in the process and perhaps one day, I will fix it. I really just wanted her to be fast, too.
