Default GC6: Crystal White Pearl [Widebody] Pics/Video

The transformation spawned off a simple throwout bearing replacement. I put my own blood, sweat, and tears into the car on my free time from about summer of '06 till winter of '07 when I had a change of jobs. During that time, I ripped the motor out, installed the suspension, brakes, widebody and painted it. I finally got it fired up a few weeks ago (video below)!

That front shot up there certainly makes it seem as though that is the case. Since then, I have dialed in a little more negative camber on the front that makes the top of the tire flush with the fender. It does 'look' a little better. The back shot was after the adjustment so you can sort of see what I mean.

I want to have as much contact with the road as possible while still being able to turn the wheel. It's pretty cool when you can max out your WRC fenders.

I haven't been keeping track but just running through the mod list up there, it's somewhere between 18-20k USD on top of the car itself.

had a wrc wide kit on my blob which was also in white. white scoobs plus wide kit = aswesome cars :tumb:

I agree! Especially pearl! I have another white scooby in pearl but no widebody.

unfortunately with a new baby and a missus who was under 25 and only been driving for 2 years, had to sell her. nearly cried when i see her driven away

even though i'm biased think she was one nice looking scoob.

Not smooth at all. Door panel and quarter were warped and required a ton of glass work that I wasn't qualified for. It's far from perfect and not hard to spot but I learned a lot in the process and perhaps one day, I will fix it. I really just wanted her to be fast, too.

Ha they wont see that panel when your driving past them, as long as the rears looking healthy
