are you running the other type of front bar that I posted in the original post ?? Both types are comparable with hatch , but you have two choices either single flexible bar like show about , or the two items I posted higher up , I assume for the rear there is only one for both models
Happy with them, noticeable improvement at the front end without added harshness.
Am also thinking about the rear flexible support and the later steering rack, do you have any link about the steering rack conversion?

its the earlier SC46 which used modified TD05 casings. though i did have to get the nose of the turbo cut and angled to clear the throttle body

ive got it now , it’s all I thought originally haha , finding it difficult to understand which parts everyone was going on about ,,, don I was reading in your project thread that you bought the rear kit as an alternative to the rear subframe inserts , does this mean that subframe inserts would make the rear sti brace non effective as it’s clearly much cheaper to do the inserts if the only sacrifice is a lil bit more nvh

Adding the pillowball to the subframe support allows the chassis to flex more (in the right place).
STi's explanation.........
A pillow ball bush mounted to the central part of the support plate which connects the sub-frame and body ensures that the necessary amount of power is transmitted to the rear wheels without delay, and at the same time blocks any unnecessary force input. This design improves the responsiveness and grip of the rear wheels, and increases roll rigidity, resulting in a more stable control and comfortable ride.
Because of this I completed the set and bought the flexi strut tower brace and the pillowball rear lateral links.
This is a strut tower bar with a completely new concept - splitting an aluminum tower bar in the center and connecting the two pieces with pillow ball joints. As the left and right pieces are flexibly connected, the bar can moderately handle longitudinal forces such as from gaps on the road to maintain ride comfort while strongly holding against lateral forces during cornering. As a result, not only cornering performance but also straight-line stability and ride comfort is improved to enhance the comprehensive performance level of the car.

don't really get the fuss over a JDM , meant to be due to the "stronger engine"
but here is a quote from AS performance ,,,,
2.0 JDM Blob (and newer) has the Hyperpeutic type pistons similar to the 2.5's and are known for the same ringland issues that can occur............
so to me they are just a prone to failing as the uk 2.5 but we just don't have as many over to here to see them fail so people think they are stronger lol

Alan Jeffery told me the same thing tbh. I am convinced it's down to the Kobe steel scandal. My thinking was really to get something that would hold its value a bit, and be sorted out of the box; nearly two years in, it would cost me way more to bring in another, and it seems that I could sell at the same price

The engine in the S206 has some different parts to other Hatch/Saloon EJ207 engines
