Default My Daily Driver

Introducing 22B #049.

I've had this for 2 years now and do approx' 10k miles annually in it. Gets used for pretty much everything (including taking my dog to shows - as those who went to the NBO will be able to confirm) -

Spec -

VF43 turbo
Simtek ECU (with ALS/LC) - mapped by Bob Rawle
550's
WR1 TMIC
Turbosmart VTA
H&S sportcat dp + jap-style centre and backbox

Eibachs Pro S coilovers/ 20mm spacers
Whiteline ALK/Bumpsteer mod

AP 6-pot/330mm front brake kit

'98 SWRT graphics
L'Aunsport urethane lipspoiler

Defi's - Boost, Oil Temp & Pressure, EGT
OMP steering wheel

Dynoed at 368bhp/340lbft

I'm sure it'll divide opinion but I love it

Looks great, nice sensible spec too.

Not a huge fan of the graphics, but if theyre gonna be on any car... a 22B is about as close as theyre likely to get lol.

Nice to see a 22B being used and not on the mantle piece

Nice car fella, but I'm bias...

I'll make sure we say "hello" properly at the next 22B meet (which is looking like a 22B only trackday next year if you are up for it (details will be up on 22B.com when I have sorted a date))...

^^ know what you mean mate, my commute may well be getting longer which means I'll be having to invest in a diesel. Just cost too much to run the scoob everyday.

God knows I'll miss her everyday, but will just have to make it up at weekends

nice car BTW, agree I like the pics in the forest, mint !!

The front splitter came from L'Aunsport in japan. They were pretty straight forward to deal with -finishes the car off nicely (if you'd seen it in the flesh). It's just a urethane rubber strip that you fix to the bottom of the bumper (very strong double-sided tape) so would fit any classic as you get a length about 3 metres.

Phil555 - you should try it now it's got more power....

Cheers for the comments guys

I'm not a big fan of graphics, but on the right car,(your fat biatch), they look right.

Micky - no worries on the pax ride

Greg - just the one RB5 now (but it's now got even more bhp......... )

As for my dog, he's an Alaskan Malamute called Barney.
