Blue Blob Eyes......What do you look like?
I've recently just got an 03 STi. It has all the rally stickers on, which I will probably be taking off soon, so want to know what other peoples looked like, and what body mods/wheels you have.
I was thinking of dark wheels, black mud flaps, and a front black splitter. Although, a lad in the small town I live in use to have the same idea as mine...so wouldn't want to look like I was copying him really.

Heres mine, got some bits that you are interested in, bar the wheels, quiet like them so they stayed for now., Might miss the lower grille I have fitted, seems so bear with out one, plus matches the top a treat. H&S exhaust from 2nd cat back, HKS BOV, are good mods to get the flat4 burble and a cool tsshhh flutter. Interior DVD double din sub, Got rid of the Pink STI writing also, and re-coloured them white. Lastley De-Tango the front lights!

Liking that a lot Darren! How easy is it to fit the front lip? I like the detango'd look as well, but dont think I have the patience to do that.
What size wheels are they Matt?

De-Tangoing was a mod I was also a bit worried about doing, for fear of buggering up the pricey lights!, found some good tips on here, think I added one when I completed mine.
A mod well worth doing, makes a huge difference to the front.

Cheers Darren. How do they fix by the way? Self tappers, or something a bit more sophisticated?
Mystic.......Thats the look I was looking for! Are they original wheels? Liking your mud flaps to. Not seen carbon look ones before. I do love that look, but like I said, another local use to have the same look....so I'd need something extra special on it as well
Cheers

Nice guys!!! Keep them coming!
What is everyone's front splitter? Where did you get yours from?
This is mine before it's de-stickered.........which I will probably wait until the summer to do when it's a bit warmer. (I've removed the midland-scoobies stickers though)

Mine is from HT Autos, its made of a more fleible material than some, so if you are unlucky enough to catch it on something with should take it better.
They were really good in delivery time, and the fit was pretty dam good too, think it worked out around £100 plus p&p.

Mine's from HT Auto's too, made from ABS flexi plastic. Reckon it will withstand a few knocks. Caught it on a raised drive the other day and not even a mark.
Chris, I think someone got carried away with the stickers don't you think? Sooner they're off the better IMO.

Flexibility is probably good actually, I didnt think about that!
Yeah, I think the stickers are a bit too OTT, but once I remove them its going to be a lot of work polishing the car so you cant see where they've been. So want some warmer weather really, as I will be out there all day.

Aye boy I hope you've got plenty of tins of elbow grease! I've got this stuff at work which would be ideal for the job. Its a polish but with very fine grit in it, its some sort of rubbing compound for use with a polisher. Can't mind the name of it just now though. I've heard Subarus have pretty thin paint so you might have to be careful if using something similar.
