Carlo try this.

Open another Netscape/explorer window.
Go to this web site -> http://upload.turbosport.co.uk/
Press the top BROWSE button and search for your picture in the CHOOSE FILE window that opens.
Then press OPEN and that files path will be loaded in to the webpage.
Then press UPLOAD, this will copy your picture to their webspace.
They will then give you a web address to use for the image link.
Use this web address in your post to display your picture.

I think that's about it
