hi not sure if this is the right place to post but this is my first post, i have a 2001 bug eye impreza and i love it i came from an old celica and the difference id huge the only problem is is when i change gear fast from 1st to 2nd theres a banging noise from the back its done 70000 miles and im just wondering if you knew what this could be thanks.

probably banging from the exhaust mate. unburnt fuel being ignited in the exhaust when its hot. does it only do it once car is warm?
normally put threads like this in general tech mate

Rear strut Mount! They where a proplem with the MY01 on Impreza's! If you Push down on the side that it's coming from you may hear it!

Not a big job at all!

I'd say that's what it is!

If it's a Diff then your talking money but I dought it!
