MY08 Hatch, White on Black
Picked up MY08 Hatch on Saturday ...
Mods so far ...
RB320 Prodrive 18inch wheels
3M Tinted glass, limo on the back and smoked on the front.
Mods to come:
Carbon fibre front spoiler and grill
Carbon fibre venturi tunnel
Carbon fibre wing mirrors
Carbon fibre Bee Sting
WRC Spoiler, Carbon fibre (painted white)
PPP
Have owned a MY98 UK Turbo 2000, MY04 WR1, MY06 WRX SL in the past and I have to say that this car is the best one of them all. It's the small things which make it. In that i'm referring to the uprated interior and the new toys in relation to traction/differential control as well as throttle response. The look obviously is love or hate but I think it looks gorgeous in this colour combination ... and i've yet to meet someone who doesn't. As mentioned above the drive is sensational, it feels much more responsive and alive than any other scoobs that i've owned ... I feel much more confident pushing it harder than I did in my WR1.
p.s. the blue looks awesome in the hatch too - for anybody that is considering buying one.

no definite news as yet. hopefully within the next two months i'm being told. I'm pre-booked in for it so I should really add that to the mod list too.

Had a look on Scott Lowes site but he's not listing them so hopefully your local stealer may have some.
Might not be as bad on white but there was a thread on NASIOC about Dark Grey ones having problems with stonechips on the rear doors.
Better safe than sorry on your pride and joy though.
Be nice to see how this evolves with your up and coming mods.

I'm sure its a great drive but I'm still not sold on the looks : the back lights are terrible and the front grill is just too plain. Litchfield's rear light mod looks good and I'm sure there'll be plenty of front grill options to come. Anyway regardless of that, enjoy it !!

fANATASTIC CAR MATE!Look after it.I have had my fair share of Impreza's too,and agree with you about it being the best one yet.Drove the new WRX which I thought was really good, but dealer told us to try the STi when they get one,and said its even better!!Do you know what options they give you,ie nav pack, push button start etc
anyways enjoy the new motor!

All i will say is that after owning a classic, a bug and a blob im currently after a classic import. No MY08 is going to do with me. It's like the VW golfs i would rather have fun in a mark II than a a new model.
Either way it's a lovely motor you have
