It's a standard 2.5 RS bumper from the US with the Indicators filled.

EDIT - This is the same as the UK GL Bumpers, so wouldn't be difficult to do

i'm very picky about BUMPERS but i like this one...is it not a converted Subaru Standard bumper off a 1.8GL??? it looks like it with the spot light slightly changed! (black suround round P1 style spots?)
Oh and it has an add-on of the front splinter as well

that colour blue with the black GLOSS finish on the Standard MY97-99 wheels looks ver affective i think
