Great pics of a great day, however, our day was marred by the lack of respect towards other peoples cars,we went for a look around and came back to a rather nasty looking scratch in the rear quarter and the wife had to stop a kid pushing a pushchair straight into the side of the car, where are the parents?could the day go any worse ,yep a fellow scooby owner leaning on the spoiler without so much as a sorry, makes me want to stay at home tbh

Thoroughly enjoyed the day!
Some lots of very nice cars...........
I'm slightly deaf now after standing just next to the strip when the rocket car went passed...........
273 mph in a time of 6. something seconds! Very impressed!

I'm gonna open a can of worms now - but compared to my previous experience of "Other" manufacturer's shows there did seem to be a lot of chav's there today saying things like:
"Na that's only a R33 GTR that's ****" - Of course everyone knows that car is appauling ??
Maybe it's just me getting old !
PS. Paul It wasn't me you were referring to was it ?? Was i leaning on your sexy P1 ??

No it wasn't you Nick,You are right though the shows seem to be attracting a few people who are there for other reasons other than to look around the cars,r33 gtr sh**e i think not

very true, which is why sometimes i try not to park in places that attract too much attention. you always get the "well if i can't have it why should they" type individuals lurking round purposely trying to mess with your ride. and sadly i must agree the chavs are the worst for spouting pure and utter garbage. we've had people come up and ask us to rev the engine so they can hear the b.o.v. and constantly asked "how fast does it go", "is it faster than an evo, or the classic "can you take us out for a spin". ahh the joys of subaru ownership. feel proud.......... :-)

Some of them turbos in the pro cars well! if it rained we could have crawled in them for shelter!!! anyway thanks for the comments scooby mad we can always rely on you for exellent photos, also getting back on the "lack of respect" wagon it was my nephews pride and joy that got scratched and really ruined the day as mine was parked next to his P1 near the front, his wife was gutted when she saw the pram being driven by a small kid, parents oblivious, towards his car and quite rightly so haven already recieved a scratch, think ill take my transit next time, 'supervise your kids, scooby wanabee's i used to when i used to take them to car shows and show some respect to peoples pride and joys they take them for your pleasure aswell '

Indeed matey, I was horrified when my 2 godsons touched the Honda Beat in the Megs show paddock, little did I know it had heat activated paint and they were invited to see it change colour!!!
