*TIME ATTACK* Advan Alloys STi Ver. III
Hi
Here goes, decided to have a go at some alloy wheel refurbs!
My tyres on STi 3 OEM rims were getting thin and after a track day at Brands Hatch early this month.... they were only good for another trackday!
Wheels before.....
With winter coming up, I decided against shelling out £300 odd to have decent tyres put on my old rims.
Hunted for a while and came up with a set of 'ADVAN RC' alloys with vey good tyres.... perfect to tie me over for the winter as my car is dry use only so winter time she only comes out when is bone dry!
Here are the wheels before....
Liked the idea of TIME ATTACK style wheels and as I only bought the wheels for the tyres... didn't mind having a play.....
Took a long time and finished late so pictures are not brillian but you get the idea!
Really pleased with the look... all the materials were professional items with 3 step laquer so the finish is 'hard as nails'!
Yay or nay? Should I have just removed the tryes and fitted them to my old rims?
Peace out......

Car before (see my Scooby). Still keeping OEM rims, so if I decide to revert back, easy job... then these bad boys will be for sale!
Will try and take some better pictures in the daylight!
Peace out......

Very good mate I reckon. I was nervous doing it.
But was actually fairly easy. Time Attack syle is just different to what everyone ese is doing.
Really sets a car off I think!
