Cheapest mod is to paint those orange vents beneath the indicators black - either use paint stripped to remove the orange or just spray over the top.

Very nice indeed.
Mines a MY99 DBM 5dr. I've sprayed the vents under the indicators - about £15 for the paint from local Subaru garage and the finish isn't anything great. Have heard of some folk using the rover met. blue from halfords with good results.
Colour coded the grill badge last week, and it looks good IMO. Would like some clear indicators now, but bit low on funds having just put a set of Toyos on.
Just thought I'd reply, since posts of 5dr pics never seem to get the same feedback.
Mike.

Thanks for the comments guys
I don't actually mind the orange wedges.
I am in the same position as MikesWagon having very little funds for any other mods. I did order a Scoobysport backbox today though and put new Toyo's on just before Xmas (305 for 4 - not fitted).
Apart from that I'd like to keep mine looking as standard as possible. I may put some 17's on in a few years.
Car is shiny probably because it had just been washed . I use Wax Wizard although it never seems to go on quite as easy as people make out.
Anyhow Wagons rule ! Give me a wagon over a saloon any day
Doofus.

Occasionally, I live about 15 mins from Dunfermline.
Sometimes park the wagon in town though and my wife has had midwife appointments at St. Margarets so we can be seen driving sedately through Dunfie sometimes.
I take it you have seen me?

Lovely looking motor. Old shape wagons look the business, but are sadly very rare here in clog.
Very impressed by the shine. Needed sunglasses to cut the glare when viewing all pics.

Cheers Suresh
I'm no photographer but just seemed to catch the sun in the right position coming down about 3.30 in the afternoon. Seems to make the finish on the car gleam!
Deep Blue Mica is a great colour for a shine too
Still waiting for my scoobysport exhaust that I ordered on Monday (Scoobysport did tell me it was out of stock).
Can't wait to hear that deep burble ....
Any other wagon pictures out there?

Some nice shots of my wagon on my birthday with my new digi
camera.
Mods so far, colour-coded, Vision plus uprated bulbs, some ICE (new headunit and 605 CS speakers) .. oh and a rear boot tray
I have a scoobymania boost gauge and pod to install and there is a Scoobysport exhaust on it's way (ordered today - woo-hoo).
Edited to say .. help help my pictures have disappeared
