Default A few Arty ones of my DBM Classic

A few photos I took this evening as the light faded - hides the dents well!

Was offered a very miserable 2k trade in for her against a 2006 WRX today, I felt obliged to turn the offer down. I knew that second hand prices were getting low for scoobies, but 2k for a 99 classic with full service history? Is it really that bad for old cars these days?

Cheers
Dave

I paid £6500 for mine on the same year a couple of months back so i hope not, traders cant sell them on quickly hence the low trade in, keep it, the 2006 model will depreciate just as quickly.

Yes, that was my thought having looked around at how much it would cost to replace. Think the dealers just like to take the p*** somewhat. I'm going to keep it and run it into the ground I think - or turn it into a trackcar and buy a cheap diesel runaround.

Cheers

Does seem like there is a huge difference between the price you can trade for and the price you can buy for. But hey-ho, cars for enjoying, not worrying about its value.
