Type20 tracktime at TRAX
Took my car for a couple of sessions round the GP circuit on Sunday
Did just over 1/2 a tank of juice over the 2 sessions

More overtaking on the 1st than the 2nd, but the 2nd was quicker lapping
I was figuring the gears for each corner in the 1st session. Had it right on the 2nd

nice to see someone usig the red/white rubble corner strips properly (ie: taking the correct lines on the track)

Type 20 is the package from Litchfield and based on a Scoob Impreza - normally the Sti Spec-C, but can be done to UK or JDM Sti too
Full 12 point AST coilovers
Whiteline adjustable ARB
Whiteline anti-dive kit
poly Bushed
Milltek exhaust (sportcat or decat)
3 bar map sensor
K&N Tray Filter
Remap
Think that's about it ... I'm sure there's more, but best to call Ian (Litchfield) and ask him the full spec:

Mmmm makes me want to buy some AST Coilovers!
Not many quick cars in your session, looked they were all novices! I was in the 10.40am session, certainly a few quick cars in that session. Great fun thou.

Depends if you think it's value for money
I took the handlng pack of the Type20 before the power pack - and I'd do it that way again for sure.
Best thing to do is to test drive one so you can feel the difference

He mate I have just bought a 2006 Sti Spec-c v-limited and I am getting the exhaust and drop in filter and remap and I was thinking of going for the stage 3 suspension pack that powerstation do basically what you have I think.
I find the standard suspension quite good and comfy with no knocking or noise and it also handles really well.
Are the Ast comfy or noisy etc let me know what you think and how are they for back road driving?

The standard Spec-C suspension was very good as-is, but I'd still rate the Evo over it.
But ..... the AST and other bits make it a such a different car to drive
Smoth over daily roads with the exception on big potholes where instead of a bang you get a bigger bang. Avoid potholes and it's supersmooth, but put it in a corner and it'll hold you all the way round.
It is the best of both worlds
To give you an idea - I was on a trackday about 3 months back and the instructor said that it was way better than the UK impreza or even an Evo - he said it put the power down like a Skyline
Which is a good thing I guess seeing that we don't have the electronic wizardry the Skyline does

Surely you were the quickest out there as some that you passed were as though they were stationary ?
