New to Scooby Net My Spec-C V-Limited (with S204 Added)
Hello Lads,
I am new to Scooby Net and am based I Dublin. I am a << ISDC - Irish Subaru Drivers Club - ISDC >> member for the last while
Here are a few pics of my MY 2006 Spec-C V-Limited
She ran a 12.6 at SSO this year, so is farily quick in std spec
The white wheels are part of her spec as its a Toshi Arai special edition Spec-C.
I bought the car last year from Japan and it has been great since then
Cheers,
Michael
PS Thanks to Andy F for coming to Ireland and doing the remap for our 95ron stupid fuel (no super available in Ireland )

They are a great car, but do not expect any creature comforts, like nice supesion etc
You do get e.w, a.c, e.m which are a novelty on a spec-c. You also get a bigger ball bearing twin-scroll turbo
Cheers,
Michael

So Irish car = Jap price + 10% import duty (into Europe) * 1.21 (vat) + 30% of Irish retail value (which they guess) = RIPOFF
You can see why we buy so many English cars with these tax laws. Only Ireland & Portugal have these laws......
Cheers,
Michael

The VF42 has the same housing as a VF22, bigger turbo basically, comes from the S203/S204/RA-R, got a better top end but you dont really lose much low down which is nice

Hello Lads,
One of Her Best Clips....
Video of Dave Leggy Run - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
She is getting retired this year, so watch out for new "old type-R next year-
Cheers,
MichaeL
PS I know the footage is fairly crap, but you would want to see her in a tunnell, on the way to SSO and on the way back ( we are barred )
