Probably i think fole size is limited at around 200k, did you get any photo editing software if yes adjust the picture size to 800 by 600 and convert to a jpeg (jpg) medium compression if the software allows.

Cookie's correct, it is because there is a limit on the file-size that you can upload (for speed and disk space reasons), shrink the image into a smaller format and it'll be happy...
