pic request; removing door trim

Has anyone got any pics showing how to remove rear door trim from a classic, as I need to try and pop out a trolley dent from my door skin?

Have a look in the Ice section as you would need to do this to fit new door speakers.

Its an easy job mate, remove all screws first, remove any plastic inserts from the door handle etc. then pop it off, 10 min job if that!
