No grief with the plates, just grief insuring it. On the rims side they are the winter wheels, G60 steelies in 15" so as to clear the 4 pots and big discs. I have a set of refurbed BBS RS splittys in 7.5 and 8.5j with a polished lip. They look the dogs and are ultra cool with streched rubber. They came off a G60 golf.

There is a guy in germany who does an awsome job on the bbs rims. Take a look on flea-bay as they are sometimes on there.

That is so cool That looks totally mint just like brand new My friend is building a mark 2 golf using a 20 valve turbo too and I can't wait until he's finished it. He's using the Leon Cupra 6 speed box in his.

What sort of power is that putting out?

Good choice of box, iv'e got the same but rebuilt with a quaife LSD in it. Got 239.1 on the rollers on saturday, with a perfect power graph making power all the way the power just climbed and climbed.

Still with the quaife in it spins the wheels in all gears but gets traction quicker
