Cosworth update
Some of you might remember that 3 months ago I bought this https://www.scoobynet.com/other-marq...lf-cossie.html
Because it's sunny and my hard work is nearly finished I've been outside and taken some photos
I've still got to tidy up the doors but I've got my eyes open for a new pair of doors instead of repairing my ones and I've got my spare wheels to go on and they are in better condition than what are on there now
On Monday the guy came out and did the side stripes for me because the car only had stripes on the front wings.
The -31 actuator is now fitted along with the chip and it's set-up to run approx 1 bar of boost which should give 270bhp roughly.
The interior is all back together too but ignore the boost gauge because it's only there from where I was setting it up, I don't want a boost gauge in the car because I want to retain the standard look. I need to replace a bolster on the base of the drivers seat because it's sagged but these are still available and apparently it's an easy job
Overall I am very happy with what I've achieved since I bought it and it's loads of fun to drive

Thanks Simon
It was alot more work than I expected but it seems worth it
It took me 6 weeks to get it road legal due to problems with the headlights and another few weeks to sort out the boost issues due to a restrictor being missing but it's all come together in the last week
I had been holding off taking photos until the guy came and sorted the stripes out and I'd been waiting on him for 6 weeks

Looking very nice, its strange because Ive been finding myself looking in various places at Cossies wondering if I should as they have definitely lost the poor image they had a few years ago and are now becoming the classic they should have been.
