Default Pic Request: STI Type R........

....on standard suspension (ie not lowered at all), preferably with 18" wheels

Am goin to fit my set of STI 6 suspension to my car very soon, but need to see if it'll need lowering springs aswell

My98 STi type R on 18's with standard suspension...






Does need abit of a drop imho... other jobs to get done 1st though...
Hopefully will get some H&R's on it at some stage...?
You sold your dodgey suspension to your Bro then??? lol

Managed to get hold of some STI Type R suspension for mine, just wondering wether to get springs or not before i get it all fitted

I'd get the H&R's 50mm drop... although they don't drop it that amount... It gives them a good stance and still drives nice...

Get them on... and if your not happy with the H&R's you can always sell them to me... lol

Was thinking of using the lowering springs that are on it now, but not sure what make they are, and would like it sitting slightly higher at the back than it does now....looks like it's dragging it's **** like a dog with worms!!!

Moley if they are the Pink Sti Version 6 Springs they are already lowered. I put Tein S Tech springs on mine and it ended up higher than it was to start with.

They might be off a version 5, as the springs are black
