Paul, low-res or not, those are great shots. That one of Pete Croney especially.
But I like those of the silver Scoob best, demonstrating awesome car control on the limit. A dab of opposite lock, methinks The driver is either a genious or about to lose it. Sadly, I have to confirm that it was the latter, and I lost it down Craner Curves (again). I'll get the hang of it one day
Thankfully, I don't think too many people saw me and I snuck off for a car wash ASAP to save face.
Part if the problem was tyre pressures, which I dropped down to 36F/33R (hot) on Simon de Banke's recommendation, and I managed to avoid the green stuff after that.
I also got Simon to drive my car for a few laps and I have to confirm he is an absolute God behind the wheel. He'd only just got into third gear at Redgate when I thought he'd already lost it big-style. Not so. And so he continued for five laps with the car fish-tailing around every corner at just amazing speed. Not just a bit of opposite lock, but several armfuls of it All the time he continued to chat as if it was a quiet Sunday afternoon drive, twirling the wheel with astonishing calm while simultaneously balancing it on the throttle.
There are some experiences in life that are impossible to describe adequately in words. Simon's car control is one of them. I can recall every corner vividly, and I still can't believe we got round them all. Amazing. Just bl00dy amazing.
If you ever get the chance to passenger Simon de Banke, TAKE IT. And weep.
Thanks Si
Richard.

Yes but I have to get them developed as I took both SLR and Digital camara's and most of the track shots were with the SLR's. I will have them developed onto CD. Once I have them I will Email you the ones of your car m8.
All the best
