Cool Lambos!

Popped down to the sea front a little too late. There had clearly been a big meeting today, but I guess the weather meant they didn't want to stay too long. Fantastic sounds as they warmed up and pulled away

YEV 1L is Lamborghini UK's press car. SG54 LAM belongs to Simon George and features in Evo magazine's fast fleet; it cost him £2650 in issue 092 for a clutch plate. It's due a £6000 clutch soon; Murciélagos can get through them in 5k miles.

Oh, and it's his daily driver. He's managed 26,000 miles since Sept '04; should have bought a VAG TDI or something .

And the reg is supposed to read?

Answers on a postcard.

This was on Eastbourne sea front. In fact I knew they were going to be there, but didn't fancy going down when it was raining stair rods

I caught them just as the last few were leaving - apparently there had been up to 150 Lambos and other exotica - about normal for Eastbourne
