i need some help making my photos smaller, im using photobucket and reducing the photo by 50%, 75%, 25% and the photo is still huge like this please help its doing my head in

 

Resize them before uploading to Photobucket.

If you are running XP, just right click on the photo and click edit.

This should open up Picture Manager, just click on resize and choose your size.

Save, job done!
