The Volk is pure ****, but a little bit expensive. I havenīt decided what type of rims I should go for. Maybe the Rota P45F.
His EVO IX is a one of a kind....Motec, PF rotors, Big turbo kit, full Ings body kit, Defis etc will also be mapped and ready this week.
I can recommend the FMIC from Flat4online, the core is real thick and I donīt think that I need to replace the FMIC for something bigger when I change the turbo later.

I will post up my first reaction when I drive the car. Yes the car has the stock turbo now, I donīt know right now what type of turbo I will go for later. A friend of mine has just installed a deadbolt turbocharger with several other mods on his STI. So after I have test driven that one I can made a oppionion what to go for later. Greddy will launch a new kit later this month or in May for the STI that is interesting.

Johan

Picture from today, the car looks real mean with the FMIC.
Took a test run with a 1.35 bar map, and the difference from before is real good. I have boost from very low revs now. Tomorrow I will go for a 1.5 bar map.

Excellent pics SS . Looks like you can drive too.....
The FMIC would look very stealthy anodised black, but looks great as it is.
Edited to add http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...att+black+FMIC
Just for interest...it really does look nice as it stands!

Does everyone in Sweden have a fantastic car?
Not even a single nova in sight.....
What output is your engine producing with all the mods Swede-STI? I read your thread in the projects section and I am keen to know what all that hard work (and buckets of cash) has produced.

Due to the stock turbo I think the car produces around 350 bhp. But I am looking on a Deadbolt turbocharger instead and several others goodies. So my goal is around 400 reliable bhp.

The FMIC kit from flat4 - Is it visible from under the frontbumber? (does it stick out) ?
How would you rate the KIT from 0-10 (10 beeing the best) - good enough for 400bhp ?
(pm me - sorry to highjack)
/Jesper

It is not visible under the frontbumper, but You need to cut out a lot of the bumper. But that is needed on every FMIC kit available.
The core of the IC is capable of at least 450 hp. Itīs really thick. We compared it to the Turbo XS FMIC and itīs the same core. The kit is rated a 10 from me without a queston, because none can compete with the price and performance You get. The finnish is also outstanding. I have friends that bought the APS DR725, Greddy and HKS FMIC and even they said that itīs a bargain. The only thing You have to know is that You canīt fit a Cold Air kit with this because it uses the hole in the fender that the Cak kit uses.

I got the map sponsored by the tuning company and a better price on the ECU. But normal price is around 1 245,24 GBP.
We havenīt mapped the anti lag yet. Iīm waiting on my new 3" exhaust system with race kat instead of the 2.5" I use now.
