Default My Dark Blue Bugeye, clean and shiny

Okay, after almost 10 years of vaux ownership I bought this. I did look at cav/cally turbos, but at about £5k for a good 10 year old motor they didn't make sense!!!!!!

It came with approx 50mm of lowering, a magnex cat back exhaust and a Sony CD player (not MP3 unfortunately) when I bought it. Since getting it 6 weeks ago I've changed the wing markers and side repeaters from orange to clear and added front and rear strut braces, which have improved the handling no-end. whilst doing the rear brace I noticed that the rear shocks are top adjustable, only draw-back is to adjust them you need to remove the rear seat.

Plans included decatted up and down pipes, air filter (poss induction kit), hybrid dump valve (recirc and VTA combi), larger top-mount intercooler and a re-map to make it all worth while.

Car looks immculate mate, nice job. They look much better lowered and those small touches with the fender marker's etc are definately worthwhile.

Sounds like you've got some good plans mod wise - wouldn't bother with the uprated intercooler unless your going to uprate the turbo as it's good for upto 300 odd bhp.

Cheers all for the comments, the pics are quite deceptive, lots of annoying little scratches and touch up's on it. Also the lacquer on the passenger front door is starting to peel and I need to get my G3 on a bit of the front bumper, it looks like it's been blown over, but it's a daily driver not a trailer queen so I'll just have to put up with it

Some of the intercooler veins a looking a bit tatty and bent, so rather than replace with standard I was going to put the bigger one on. May well end up going over 300bhp, depends on how stealthy I can make it(from her indoors anyhow )
