Kevs new intercooler
This is not something you want to tackle after completing a 12hr night shift with minimal sleep, enjoy the pictures - I'm the bald one in the overalls 
All ready for Bob to map on Sarurday, well nearly, just need to fit the SX reg sort the adapter for the DV and relocate the oil catch tank.
What a day, big thanks for Motorworld Crawley for the loan of the workshop sorry about all the dust.

Big thanks to Bryan for all his hard work, as usual things don't always fit as they should and a lot of fettling was needed,
I'm sure its my 95 model everything we do seems to take ages or there is a problem, oh well thats modding for you,

Looks spot on mate . A lot of hard work gone into that-I know I fitted mine with my mate's help, and his son

I see you've got a MRO front splitter-and if not mistaken a MRO grille.
I've got these on mine ( also a silver classic with graphics
).
