been upto durham from lancashire a couple of times and seriously enjoyed the drive. the car does get nice and loose as time goes on and according to a pal on LADS scoobs get at their best at about 6-7k miles.
have you noticed how people like to challenge you to the traffic light grand prix when you are in a scoob? i like to rev and watch to other guy shoot off at breakneck speed whilst i trundle along on my own merry way
enjoy the car mate and a few more pics wouldn't go amiss! afterall there's only 300 of us!

Very nice mate.
Im still not sure why its called WRX 300, it does not have 300 horses, nor 300 torques, are these limited to 300 cars made/produced. Their was an article in last months Scooby mag about the WRX 300. good read.

Nice pics mate, i like the interior of the WRX300 wouldnt mind those door panels on my UK300
It's a shame they didnt upgrade the exterior like they did on the UK300, still im sure a STi wing and set of 18"s would finish it off

I have heard good reports about prodrive springs. they are meant to be really good and not loose any ride quality. best to get them before your car softens up then you will notice more of a difference prob.

Yes, loving it also - no problems at all and great to have the power when you need it/fancy it - but not too often, shame to get TOO used to it!!
I had the Prodrive springs fitted today after some serious thought.
Even had to change insurers as Tesco wanted to put my premium up by £128 p.a. for the modification. Admiral were the same basic quote as standard and only £30 p.a. more with the suspension done.
The car DOES look better sitting a little bit lower, the ride doesn't feel any/much firmer but the springs dial out that slight 'bobbing' you get with the standard springs and it does seem that bit more planted going round the roundabouts for example - definitely recommended, although pricey at £470 inclusive.
Cheers, Richard
