Default Petter Solberg goes nuts in Indianapolis with 06 STi!

I got shafted on the ride-along this morning (long story), but I guess on the bright side I got some good pictures.

I'd LOVE to listen in on that conversation!

I'm still bummed out about not getting my ride, though. It was the main reason I drove all that way. But I did get to meet him and I got one of my hood scoops signed. He's a real nice guy.

I think the new car looks great apart from the rear lights and that silly spoiler over the rear windscreen.

Looks like fun, shame you missed out. I'd be totally gutted.

The look of the road car may be a bit contraversial but the WRC incarnation is gonna look great IMO...

Good phots and look a good day out regardless of missing out on your ride.
Is it me or do the new lights look very much like the current Nissan Primera ?

Anyone else think that the car looks more aggressive in these pics than it does in the Subaru's official pics?

No it looks very plain and week at the front end, it's lost that aggressive look that the STI blob eye had from the front.

The front lights look like they are from a new shape legacy, so my car must have a few more street cred points.

Very clever of Subaru to put an extra spoiler on the new STi. No doubt shortly we shall see classics and new ages alike sporting this new "must have" modification
