Time for some updated photos of my scoob
I've had my Scoob for 4 months and been working on it loads I've not made that many visual changes but the spec has changed
This is how it was
At that time it was standard apart from a h&s backbox, MY00 wheels & drivers seat.
One of the first mods was 4 pots A great mod for anyone who has 2 pots on their scoob, I went to Impreza 2 pots but because I had power mods in mind I went a step further These have Pagid pads, braided hoses & are EBC disks.
I then had a TD05 turbo fitted because mine wasn't coming on boost 'til about 5k anyway To match that I had to fit a VOS chip which allows me to hold 16psi boost
Last week I fitted a set of wrx Impreza springs to it to lower it slightly and stiffen it up
And then today I've fitted a late classic wrx interior so that my interior all matches
I've fitted a few other mods that you can't see like a Scoobysport decat center section from a classic that I had to get adjusted by getting a piece welded in the the flange twisting, a Scoobysport 3" to 2.5" downpipe & k&n panel filter

ha looking good paul...
Trust you to take the different route to scooby ownership after all these years.Admit it you just luuuurve project cars.Lets hope your new wife understands the time you put into these little hobbies
Oh and even though you didnt mention the mod, admit it that there seems to be the small addition of a pink badge (unless the light is tricking me )
might need your help on a few things soon, so will be in touch.

You'd be suprised at how many people don't know what it is. It's fitted with the same EJ20t running gear as the Impreza but runs a charge cooler instead of a top mounted intercooler.

Looking good there Paul!! I now understand why those springs are a worry with your driveway shaped the way it is. But it looks good, and probably goes rather well I bet.
I guess the next step is a 2.5, 6 speed and spec C diffs?

Those old Legacy's are stylish and a total sleeper You don't see many sedans do you? Here in Switzerland you see from time to time wagons, but rareley a sedan.
BTW: Was it easy to install the seats (especially the rear ones)?

The seats were dead easy to fit they just bolt in and fit perfectly

The standard power on one of these is 197bhp and a rough guess for mine is that it's around 270bhp at the moment running .9 bar boost but it should actually be running 1.1 bar I had a run with Gossy in his 270bhp wagon yesterday with a 6 speed and it was reasonably close, I was losing out on gearchanges though because he's more of a loon than me I don't want to break it so soon after getting the clutch done at the weekend
