had them on mine for a bit, not a great fit and i've changed them for a set of carbon wrc ones now, sat at the bottom of my wardrobe at the moment actually..

no, manual, i think yuo can get electric ones but i don't know if they would work on an Impreza, may be worth enquiring but i can't say it really bothered me that much
