Thumbs up Chchchchchaaanges

Fitted my STI corner splitters and fog light covers today. Very pleased with the result

Used the existing bits on the corner splitters with bolts to hold them in but I think I'll probably get some Sikaflex or similar and bond them on instead.

Did the detango a few weeks ago too and have added the silver bulbs.

Really pleased with how it looks now - only other thing I've really got planned for it at this stage is to stick my smaller plates on and consider changing the colour of the wheels to the bright flitter/anthracite colour. May also change the STI graphics on the fog light covers.

Thumbs up

What part numbers did you use. Everytime i ask at the subaru dealership, they say they can only get the corrrect numbers from the chassis number of an STI not from my WRX.

Looks Good

Thanks guys Prefer my scoop to the child-swallowing STi number so I'll be keeping that as is.

If you do a search for the STi front corner splitters you should find the part numbers - they've been posted on here before.

Ozzy - got this 'un about a month ago mate How's the RB5 going?

Looks the business Surprised you feel the need for Sikaflex ? Did you cut the slots in the bumper along the top ? I used those along the top (snug fitting), cut off the pegs in the middle, a few cable ties along the bottom and the clips in the arch and it isn't going anywhere.

BTW, if you fancy some foglight cover decals the same as mine, I have some left over.

Hi Dunk - glad you likey given seeing yours with the bits on was the reason I decided to go for 'em in the first place!

I cut the slots at the top, kept the pegs and drilled through the bumper using bolts to secure it. Think I'll probably take the pegs off though as it makes it sit slightly too proud. Going to get some cable ties and use them at the bottom too - thanks for the advice

Got some silver Prodrive stickers here which I may use instead of the STi ones - what colour of stickers have you got?

Not sure if the phototbucket pic above showed up (try here if not) , but I had some made up the same as the V-Liimited and the WRX300's. The SWRT ones in yellow. I have some left over that I was going to use on my flaps, but decided against it.

Prodrive ones would look , I had considered having the Prodrive 'P' on mine.

Car looks cool, its what I'm trying to do to my WRX. Is your rear spoiler a scoobyworld one?, I'm just about to order one and yours looks similar. Always nice to see it on the car first.
