nice looks good o0n the white
but for gods sake don't have an accident... it would come as a shocker if they don't pay out on 20k + car! or you get slapped with a personal injury claim that your not covered for... OOohhhh thats would be interesting...

Office he obvilously didn't see me as as he has Illegal tints on the front!

Dazza,

The fronts have only got a very light tint, just looks darker, but what is the law regarding fronts?

See my response to your thread in general: http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showpost....64&postcount=3

Mark

Edited to add the car looks well cool, but it is important you get your insurance company to accept the tints on the front windows. Good luck!

That looks awesome mate. I also agree, keep the gold but if you have to change then go for the gold prodrive's as they look amazing on white.

whats the point of having the insurance company accept the tints on the front... you can't have them by law... all that would happen is the oposng insurance company would take you to the cleanersregardless of the tint value...!

Just for info!

The standard tint on the factory glass is legal, anything more than that on fronts is not.
Therefore if you are lucky enough to have clear glass on your motor you can tint to a legal low %, but if your glass is tinted already any more additions however light takes you beyond the legal limit.

But just to take the dampers off this post

Looks absolutely amazing truly

Hi mate missed your question... according to the law... NO tints at all on the front windows or windows past the B post... I didn't know this when i had mine done until i got the the tinting place... and the flattly refused to do them, even if i signed a disclaimer... basicly the said they could be sued as a third party if i for example knocked a biker off...
i then checked the new laws on this and it it is very clear, also did a bit of digging around on the legal side and found that you really are likely to get shaffted if your ever involved in a accident... in our present litigious society even being involved in a miner tap could result in you being wide open to someone with less than honest motives lets say!
a bike doing something daft in front of you at nigh you tapping them could easily result in them claiming you didn't see him... result... $$$$$$$$$$
it did happen to an old freind of mine although on a bike his visor was too dark and he lost his claim due to it...8k it cost him

hope this puts it intp perspective....
