T5NYW did you used to have a Black classic shape scooby, cause I watched a track day special programme on men and motors a few months ago and it showed a load of scoobys on a track and I remembered your numberplate was on a black scoob and im sure it had quad headlamps.

I have had a Blue MY00UK classic, MY02STiPPP and now the Type R. I have done loads of Trackdays but perhaps you remember the video of my "Off" at last years Japfest, I hit the tyrewall. i think it had more downloads than Paris Hilton Beamer,

Nice track session tony, all the scoobs seemed to be flying round the track. glad you didn't have an off this year. who does the type r compare to the My02 on the track?

Thats me, Saved a load of time missing out chippenham. I Caught a massive puddle down that lane and aquaplaned!!! So I kept it a little slower after that. I didn't boot it up the dual carraige way either as the camera van sit in the middle just after the bend where the cottages are (My old dear got done there). Nice car you got, sounded lovely when you pressed the go faster peddle. I'm tempted with a type R next. Haven't seen you in swindon, but I'll keep my eyes peeled, I'm up your way for a wedding on the 4th

Yeah it was a bit wet along there wasn't it! Exhaust is a magnex de-cat with a straight through centre and a H&S standard noise backbox, if you fancy replicating the same sound on yours.
Damn, I hope the van wasn't there when we went past! I didn't see any on saturday at all and my radar/laser detector stayed quiet so i'm keeping my fingers crossed! I'm pretty sure I didn't stray into ban territory though.
Type R's are brilliant, I'd recommend one like a shot unless you need to do lots of motorway miles every day.

I have only had the type R 3 weeks and had not realy driven in it anger and is also very std. So very early days and not used all of the cars ability yet. But I did notice the weight difference The Crap tyres on a 16" wheel
I had increased the Pressures for the track but when it looked like rain, I let 6psi out, big mistake. I am getting some 17" for it with Bridgstone'sTony
