The lady on the podium is Ilka Minor (Manfred Stohl's co-driver). The programme info. states that she is Austrian and her date of birth is 30/4/75.
Getting close to the podium involved standing in the afternoon sun for a couple of hours crushed up against many other people, not pleasant but at least I got the photos I wanted.
