Does forza motorsport have the capabilities to upload your own graphics then?

no. you get basic shapes. square circle that sort of thing then you have to stretch and distort them till you get what you want. there are a load of ready made company logo's. oz racing, bridgstone that sort of thing. take a look here to see what can be done.
