The New Improved Zanussi - With 300bhp, Clean Bodywork & Ugly Plates
After a winter of fettling in the garage and the car finally reaching it's target of 300bhp i decided i'd best treat it to a wash... Although it doesn't look particularly clean in the pictures my aching arms and body say otherwise - nothing was left untouched!

I wasn't aware the rear looked skybound. The MR340 driver said it looked horizon bound. Never the less no i haven't and won't be either. Seen too many on Saxos etc to put them on mine.
I did want CC'd door handles originally but they fell by the wayside when the bodywork was done last April. I don't have any body mods planned other than taking tarty bits off to replace with OE stuff - all very boring.

re: skybound
look at the shape of the car, the gap between the bottom of the car and the ground
its balanced until it gets to the rear and then it seams to raise up quite a bit, probably due to the big wheels, but with the bigger rear spoiler and the exhaust which looks like its fireing upwards, it just looks like the back is kinda jacked up a bit?
do you see what i mean?

I can see what you're getting at now Mick aye. I think that's more to do with the angle i took the picture at, in real life it's quite well balanced imo - more like the last picture which is taking from a normal angle. I think if i hadn't spent so long cleaning the exhaust it wouldn't have shown up in the picture and aided the effect...!
One of the changes i have planned should help it look less 'skybound'.
Thank you all for your comments btw. The wheels are indeed Speedline Turinis and you really don't want a set... 18x8" with no rim protection on 215/35's. Nothing to do with the fact i don't want people copying them of course!
